Job Responsibilities

  • Coordination of tasks when onboarding new customers and regularly checking existing customers as part of the bank's internal KYC process.
  • Management or support of implementation projects including contract preparation, account opening, test coordination, logging of project meetings, etc.
  • Supervision of customer activities and monitoring of service quality.
  • Customer Master Data Management.
  • Participation in customer appointments together with the Cash Management Sales Manager.
  • Accurate, comprehensive and timely response to customer inquiries.
  • Proactive customer communication in case of problems as well as internal follow-up and escalation of service problems.
  • Problem solving for complex issues.

Qualifications

  • Completed bachelor's or master's degree in finance, business administration or comparable qualification.
  • First professional experience in a bank or in corporate treasury, ideally also in international cash management.
  • Basic understanding of compliance, KYC processes and risk management.
  • Understanding of the structure and business specifics of customers.
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English skills, knowledge of French is an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), experience in data management is desirable.
  • High degree of customer orientation and empathy.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Entrepreneurial thinking & acting.
  • Independent and proactive way of working with high attention to detail and good time management.
  • Solution orientation and innovative strength.
  • Enjoying working in an environment that is constantly evolving and subject to change.
