Hanseatic Bank announced on its official Linkedin page a vacancy

IT controller (m/f/d)

Hanseatic Bank speaks for itself

  • Some of you may still know us as the "Otto-Bank". It's true: Werner Otto laid our foundation stone in Hamburg in 1969.
  • Since then, we have supported many Otto customers in financing their wishes. And many other people more. Because we are – and have been from the beginning – the Hanseatic Bank.
  • An independent name that primarily emphasizes our Hanseatic roots and values.
  • We are anchored in Hamburg, but we are active nationwide and also closely linked to France.
  • This is due to the strong partner that we have had at our side since 2005 and that holds 75% of our shares: the major French bank Société Générale.
  • At 25%, the Otto Group remains an important part of our DNA. Two strong companies that support us in our development.

Job Responsibilities

  • You demonstrate competence: You are jointly responsible for IT budget planning and the associated report.
  • In a team of two you will work on the annual budgeting process and create monthly statements, evaluations and deviation analyses.
  • You have perspective: You are responsible for the timely creation of IT cost reports for our French parent company.
  • You lend a hand: You support our IT project management in the regular preparation of meaningful financial project controlling.
  • One thing is clear to you: Of course, ad-high analyzes and cost-effectiveness decisions are also part of your tasks.
  • Your ideas are in demand: you participate in the continuous development of our IT controlling.
  • You are open to new things: You will also work on the IT procurement process and the corresponding contract management.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • Your training path is of secondary importance to us, it is much more important to us that you have already gained experience in controlling.
  • You motivate yourself every day by enjoying numbers and showing interest in a wide variety of IT topics and techniques.
  • You are communicative, curious and enjoy dealing with people.
  • Do you also have good MS Office skills (especially Excel and Access)? Then we should definitely get to know each other!
