Application Support Analyst - Eximbills Trade Finance

Responsibilities
- Provide effective functional and technical support for Eximbills Trade Finance application for users.
- Ensure issues are appropriately documented, tracked, addressed and resolved in a timely manner as per Service Level Agreements.
- Work closely and communicate effectively with business users as well as software vendors on solution delivery and issue resolution.
- Deep understanding of the Eximbills Trade Finance functionality and workflow.
- Hands on experience on logs analysing and flow debugging.
- Experience and knowledge on WebSphere technology and patch deployments.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 to 5 years of support and development experience in the Eximbills applications.
- Good Functional knowledge on Banking / Finance concepts.
- Must have experience and sturdy DB2 database concepts knowledge.
- Experience and understanding of typical software development lifecycles and best practices.
- Good interpersonal skills.
