Key Accountabilities of the role

  • Manage yearly sales target of assigned agencies / channel partners.
  • Handle customer complaints and co-ordinate with relevant stake holders to ensure as a bank, we commit to serve the customer promptly and professionally.
  • Responsible for Governance of laid Audit, Service Quality, Processes & Procedure and compliance of HR SOPs.
  • Conduct training on Red Flags, Business Do & Don’ts, Product & Documentation.
  • Regular visits to Channel Partner offices across UAE & listen to recorded calls and provide detailed feedback.
  • Provide MIS reports & market feedback on a weekly basis to senior management.
  • Conduct periodic Performance assessment of sales coordinators.

Specialist Skills / Previous experience

  • University degree or equivalent qualification (Expats).
  • Minimum 5+ years banking experience of which 2 years mandatory experience in managing banking channel sales (Retail).
  • Having networking & relationship building skills.
  • Possess strong passionate values.
  • Hard working and focused.
