IT Senior Developer

Perform Systems’ analysis for enterprise global IT Solutions/Systems and recommending changes in policies and procedures to improve operations.
Study Information needs, System flows, work processes and discussing with users to evaluate and develop IT solutions/packages and select the most suited in terms of functionality and cost.
Evaluating analysis, problem definitions, requirements and proposed solutions to determine operational feasibility.
Prepare clean, secure and well-tested coding assignments based on specifications for large IT solutions and software.
Review all code work performed by developers for accuracy and functionality.
Participate in the design of the continuity/availability of Bank’s IT Systems.
Provide IT management with advice and direction in his specialized area and technology.
Assesses and approves the design of new IT solutions.
Act as the technical lead in the in the systems/ solutions development, testing and implementation.
Advises on technical task estimates.
Proposes enhancements to current enterprise Systems and services.
Design/Author technical solutions to resolve audit and regulatory findings.
Design and implement effective monitoring tools for IT Systems.
Produce clean, efficient code based on specifications.
Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing software.
Reviews the documentation of the developed/implemented Systems.
Testing developed code based on CI/CD, DevSecOps processes and tools.
Comply with QA system process and recommendations.

Graduate degree in Computer Science/ Computer Engineering from a recognized university.
+4-6 years experience in IT development/analysis field within Banks or similar organizations.
Ability to use one or more development language C++, Java, Java Script PHP, HTML, etc.
Deep knowledge in technology.
Be a persistent, creative problem solver.
Agile Development methodology familiarity.
Deep knowledge in IT Systems architecture.
Fluent in Arabic and English.
Excellent knowledge in the Banking business.
Excellent analytical skills.
Good team player.
Good leadership skills.
