Job Purpose

To provide support related to product operation and controls and facilitate compliance and implementation of set policies and procedures.


Key Accountabilities of the role

  • Identification of bottlenecks and risks in the processes and facilitate their resolutions.
  • Introduce consistent improvements to existing processes and procedures.
  • Aid in the implementation of digital platforms.
  • Ensure Digital platforms such as Genie and ADIB Wealth are up to date and compliant with regulatory requirements.
  • Timely escalations of arising issues as and when required.
  • Regular review of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to make amendments / changes where required.
  • Tracking follow ups with the team and relevant stakeholders for timely closure of issues / actions in GRC.
  • Prepare the GAP Assessment and implementation of regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with policies applicable; challenge processes, procedures, and policy if there is a better way to do things.
  • Escalate issues, blockages, challenges, and trends when required.
  • Point of contact with frontline for Process related issues and queries.
  • Focus on Regulations, regulatory compliance, and associated risks.
  • Conduct Quarterly / Annually SCA reconciliation reviews and submission of findings to business / senior management.
