Job Purpose
- Emirates Development Bank is looking for Talent Acquisition Manager (UAEN) to join our team.
- The Talent Acquisition Specialist will support the recruitment activities to ensure that EDB’s workforce requirements are accurately met through effective and efficient recruitment and selection processes, which enable EDB to attract and attain high caliber talents.
- This position is also responsible for manpower planning and on-boarding for new joiners to ensure that they transition smoothly into EDB.
Major Responsibilities
- Support the Director Talent Acquisition in developing recruitment plans and strategies to ensure the execution of the manpower plan.
- Perform searches for executive qualified candidates based on job requirements, through different sources such as EDB website, employee referrals, and other applicable sources.
- Support the talent acquisition team in creating and maintaining the candidates’ database to ensure all applicant are available for screening and shortlisting as per EDB’s requirements.
- Create Employer Branding to support attracting top talented candidates for EDB.
- Support improving the selection methods and introduce different assessments such as personality assessment.
- Overseeing the manpower planning and update it as per the strategy of the bank.
Minimum required skills and qualification
- +6 years of Talent Acquisition.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Relevant Field Required.
- UAE National with Family Book.
