SME's Sr. Relationship Manager
Job Description
- Acquire new customers to offer the bank’s products & services and maintaining the existing customers’ relationship management.
- Prepare the Packages renewals & Financial Analysis.
- Raise the portfolio of ABK’s products and services and deliver information to customers.
- Promote the bank’s product and services and regenerate business from current customers.
- Handle issue raised by clients as part of daily operations.
- Monitor of service levels and utilization of booked SME’s customers.
- Accounts management and profitability oriented.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- University Degree in Accounting, Business, Economics.
- Credit Course is a MUST.
- SME’s banking product and services, Network operations and procedures.
- Communication skills.
- Sales techniques and processes.
- Relationship & Portfolio Management.
- Bank Products, services & operation knowledge.
- Good command in English language spoken & written.
- Presentation skills.
- Minimum 6 years banking experience.
- Handling partner relationships with external and internal parties.
