Job Purpose

  • As part of the Strategic Coverage Team, the Team Assistant(s) will support Managing Directors from Corporate and Institutional Banking (CIB) and facilitate the planning of their day-to-day interactions. 
  • As such, the Team Assistant handles administrative, organizational and logistical tasks, manages travel agendas, bookings, itineraries, calendars, meetings, interviews.

Job Responsibilities

  • Efficient support and relief in day-to-day business.
  • Independent prioritization and preparation of daily correspondence, proactive approach to stakeholders.
  • Implementation of specific projects and researches.
  • Organisation, planning, preparation and supervision of internal and external appointments and meetings (e.g. preparation of documents, gathering of information, communication).
  • Preparation, booking, billing, administration and verification of invoices, travel and travel expenses.
  • Coordination of incoming mail and e-mail.

Qualifications

  • Completed commercial training, business studies or comparable studies.
  • Sound experience in secretarial work and in the coordination of meetings.
  • Strong service orientation.
  • Very good communication skills.
  • Outstanding organizational talent.
  • Experience working with MS Office, MS SharePoint, One Note.
  • Fluent in German and English, French is an advantage.
