Job Purpose
- As part of Deutsche Bank Management Consulting (DBMC), Deutsche Bank's global management consultancy, you will work alongside senior executives to contribute to the bank's successes.
- Our consulting focus includes the implementation of strategy and transformation projects, including the promotion of innovation and growth issues and other important challenges facing the bank.
Job Responsibilities
- You assume responsibility for important tasks within the project team in the context of strategic issues.
- You are in direct contact with our customers in the bank and prepare appointments independently.
- You analyze problem areas and develop initial recommendations for action and present them to customers.
- You prepare decision-making documents for senior management and the board of directors.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- We are looking for talents with above-average academic achievements in all disciplines (Bachelor's/Master's degree) in order to be able to make a positive contribution to our customers.
- Professional qualifications are very important to us, but your personality is even more important to us.
- You have already proven your skills through practical experience or non-university engagements.
- You are a responsible, committed personality with excellent analytical skills and organizational skills.
- You enjoy working in a team and your communication skills in German and English enable you to work in an international work environment.
- You are able to handle conflicts and like to convince others of your ideas and solutions. You attach great importance to your training and further education and support other colleagues in this.
