Job Responsibilities

  • You are the regional contact for a wide range of individual inquiries about company agreements, other regulations and processes relating to remuneration issues and are responsible for defined remuneration sub-areas.
  • Together in the team, you coordinate the remuneration round and ensure that it is carried out from a regional perspective.
  • Together with the team you work on the communication and training of the existing offers.
  • As a contact person for compensation issues, you will support the implementation of change initiatives and new compensation products in Germany.
  • In restructuring and harmonization projects, when parts of the company are integrated into or outsourced to the bank, you are the contact person for compensation issues and work on the standardization of working conditions.
  • Collaborate with colleagues from other disciplines inside and outside of HR on compensation-related topics.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • University degree (business administration, psychology, law, each with a focus on labor law/HR desirable) or qualified commercial training.
  • Basic knowledge of remuneration systems and other regulations on working conditions at the bank desired.
  • Strong conceptual and analytical skills, structured way of working.
  • Willingness to take responsibility and work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a team.
  • Very good knowledge of spoken and written English.
  • Very good Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel and especially Powerpoint).
  • Basic legal interest in collective bargaining regulations and formulations desirable.
