Job Responsibilities

  • You will work closely with the HR Talent Sourcing team and contribute to the continuous performance, further development and improvement of Talent Sourcing.
  • You implement project office tasks for projects in HR Talent Sourcing and support the coordination and maintenance of project plans and status reports.
  • You prepare (project) meetings and also take over the follow-up of these.
  • You support the development of concepts and create presentations, e.g. management documents for steering committees or senior management.
  • You create reports and analyzes for relevant HR talent sourcing key figures.
  • You will take on a wide range of organizational tasks, e.g. onboarding new employees, handling ordering and payment processes, planning and organizing meetings and events, etc.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • You have a university degree or comparable qualifications and ideally have experience in human resources.
  • You have the ability to grasp processes quickly and can structure facts and define them independently in processes. 
  • You can create presentation documents tailored to the target group.
  • You have high quality standards, work independently, precisely and in a structured manner and have a quick grasp.
  • You have very good knowledge of MS Office and experience in dealing with the DB HR systems.
  • You have very good written and spoken German and English skills.
