Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • Very good economics or comparable academic degree.
  • First relevant professional experience of up to a maximum of three years in M&A consulting (ideally internships in an investment bank, M&A boutique or auditing firm).
  • Solid knowledge of finance, accounting, tax and legal.
  • Knowledge of standard market valuation methods (discounted cash flow method, stock exchange and transaction multiples) and financial modelling.
  • Very good handling of Excel, Word and PowerPoint as well as other databases if necessary.
  • Very good knowledge of spoken and written German and English.
  • Excellent presentation skills and communication skills.
  • Team spirit, high commitment and initiative as well as flexibility.
  • Quick comprehension as well as a safe and confident demeanor.
