Solid knowledge of finance, accounting, tax and legal.
Knowledge of standard market valuation methods (discounted cash flow method, stock exchange and transaction multiples) and financial modelling.
Very good handling of Excel, Word and PowerPoint as well as other databases if necessary.
Very good knowledge of spoken and written German and English.
Excellent presentation skills and communication skills.
