Job Responsibilities

  • Business controlling is a department within overall bank controlling, the development of which you can play a key role in shaping. 
  • We are an internal service provider of the bank with a focus on evaluating and analyzing our business activities.
  • Your ideas are in demand: you will be responsible for the further development and support of the bank's profitability management.
  • You lend a hand: You create the planning and budgeting for the entire bank, including the individual business areas.
  • Your skills count: you develop and create reports for management, other departments and our parent company.
  • You think cross-functionally: You regularly contribute your skills as part of cross-departmental projects.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • You have successfully completed an economics degree (e.g. business administration) and are looking to start a career in controlling or banking.
  • You have gained initial professional experience and/or knowledge in controlling/banking through internships and/or working student activities.
  • You have an idea of ​​what is behind profit-oriented bank management.
  • You score with analytical and conceptual skills.
  • You bring an independent way of working, a high level of commitment and the ability to work in a team.
  • You have a good command of spoken and written English.
  • You are confident in dealing with MS Office products.
