Job Purpose
- The Capital Markets Sales & Coverage department looks after the customer groups Savings Banks & Banks, Financial Institutions and corporate customers on capital market-related issues.
- We are looking for active support for the assistant to the management of the Savings Banks & Banks department as part of a vacancy.
Job Responsibilities
- Assistant function for the head of department.
- Support in administrative and organizational activities.
- Time and phone management.
- Scheduling, coordination and monitoring.
- Ensuring the smooth processing of all administrative tasks.
- Independent planning, preparation and participation in appointments, workshops and projects.
- Qualified preparation and follow-up of customer appointments, appointment coordination with the board secretariat of the customer.
- Support in the creation of presentations and offers.
- Address management and maintenance of mailing lists.
- Preparation, planning and billing of business trips.
- Dealing with internal and external correspondence.
- Follow-up of returns etc.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Commercial or comparable training.
- Very good PC skills, particularly experienced handling of MS Office applications and Outlook.
- Very good knowledge of spoken and written English.
- Excellent organizational skills and great flexibility.
- Independent, responsible and reliable way of working.
