Job Responsibilities
- Takeover of the investment management for selected subsidiaries of the LBBW Group.
- First point of contact for the management of the assigned strategic holdings.
- Support of the LBBW Board of Management in its shareholder function.
- Taking over the content-related committee preparation and mandate support.
- Development of a sound understanding of the business models.
- Implementation of business analyzes and market comparisons for the development of the assigned subsidiaries as a basis for an active value and risk-oriented investment management.
- Ensuring stakeholder-oriented investment reporting to the LBBW Board of Management and the corporate bodies.
- Determination of the company values for the investment portfolio.
- Management support as a strategic source of inspiration.
- Project management tasks such as carrying out shareholding transactions.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Successfully completed business studies or comparable qualification.
- Relevant professional experience in investment management and company valuation, preferably with a connection to banks.
- Basic knowledge of accounting according to HGB and IFRS/IAS.
- M&A experience in the area of structuring investment transactions desirable.
- Analytics thinking skills.
- Independent, goal-oriented and responsible way of working.
- High customer orientation.
- High level of commitment and self-motivation as well as strong team skills.
- Negotiation security up to board level.
