Job Purpose

  • This position is part of Wealth Management at Quintet Germany.
  • The candidate (m/f/d) will work closely with our client advisors, be responsible for client-related administrative tasks and controls, and support the client advisors in realizing our business goals, delivering exceptional customer service and fulfilling Merck's goal Finck a Quintet Private Bank to operate compliant and sustainable activities.
  • The role requires building effective relationships, both internal and external, to best serve our clients.
  • In order to be proactively involved in the activities associated with the function and to carry them out conscientiously, the future job holder should have experience in a related area of responsibility.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support of the customer advisors, as well as the head of private customers Düsseldorf/Essen in all matters.
  • Participation in the acquisition - by phone and in person.
  • Coordination, as well as preparation and follow-up of customer appointments and business trips.
  • Editing correspondence, as well as creating presentation documents, documentation and reports.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • Training as a bank clerk or equivalent training.
  • Further training in the banking sector desirable.
  • Ideally several years of professional experience.
