To coordinate facility requests and monitor the agency portfolio to ensure compliance with ADCB policies, procedures and guidelines.

Create new agency CID and prepare control and monitor sheets to ensure required records are in place for all new customers facilities, covenants are recorded in CACM system and cash waterfall and accounts are opened per the agreement.
Ensure conditions precedents have been met and notification is provided to lenders/borrower as per the terms of the agreement.
Ensure information covenants are distributed to lenders promptly once received from the borrower. For any payment default or technical default, ensure information is passed amongst lenders and borrower.
Create reports of fees due to be received within the next 30 days for all agency facilities on a monthly basis to ensure consistency and compliance with ADCB policy.
Manage self in line with the bank’s people management policies, procedures, processes and practices to ensure adherence and to maximise own contribution to business performance.
Demonstrate Our Promise and apply the ADCB Service Standards to deliver the bank’s required levels of service in all internal and external customer interactions.

At least 5 years of experience in banking with an understanding of legal documentation and trade finance.
Bachelor’s Degree in relevant specialization.
Risk Management , Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
