Job Responsibilities

  • Promote the sales of personal banking products especially Personal Loans in the allocated markets.
  • Achieve sales targets agreed with the Direct Sales Manager.
  • Provide MIS & competitor feedback on a weekly basis.
  • Conduct promotional activities group meetings and road shows to achieve budgeted sales volumes.
  • Responsible for managing achievements of sales objectives by setting sales targets.
  • Identify any cross sell opportunities for other business divisions of the bank.
  • Understand competition and suggest changes for products / process to improve sales.
  • Motivate individuals by awarding high performers and guiding the not so good performers in improving.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • Excellent communication and convincing skills.
  • Ability to develop strong personal relationships within the organizations in the target market.
  • University degree or equivalent qualification.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in selling banking products specializing in Personal Loans or in a financial industry.
  • Sales oriented person.
  • Posses excellent Product Knowledge (Personal Loans/Finance).
  • Knowledge of banking products of competitors in market.
