Job Purpose

  • Together with the AFBC Germany & EMEA team, you will accompany the development, the strategic orientation and the operational operation of a robust AFBC risk management and control program.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assessment, mitigation and control of fraud, bribery and corruption risks.
  • Implementation and improvement of the processes to be used and the guidelines behind them.
  • Implementation and further development of risk analyses, controls and quality assurance measures, as well as reporting reflecting these measures.
  • Monitoring and fulfillment of new regulatory requirements related to AFBC.
  • Developed and delivered training to promote AFBC compliance.
  • Alignment and consultation within AFCs and with the business and other infrastructure sectors.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • Successfully completed degree (preferably law) or comparable qualification.
  • Practical experience in conducting risk assessments and management related to financial crime (in particular fraud, bribery and corruption), as well as in the development of corresponding framework programs, experience in project management.
  • Practical experience in the interpretation and implementation of national and international regulatory requirements related to financial crime.
  • Excellent analytical skills, precise and accurate way of working as well as high self-motivation and quick comprehension.
  • Excellent communication skills with internal and external contacts at all hierarchical levels in German and English, both written and spoken, good MS Office skills.
