Duties and responsibilities
- In the Corporate Bank & Investment Bank HR Business Partner Team, you are responsible for strategically advising senior management in certain areas with regard to people portfolio management and thus accompany and support the implementation of the respective people agenda
- You independently control regional, sometimes nationwide, processes and projects as well as complex transformations and restructuring measures.
- You will work closely with the global/divisional HR business partners and the business and work on global initiatives for the responsible business areas as well as on cross-team measures.
- You will work with employee representatives on overarching HR issues and issues (e.g. structural changes/restructuring).
- The preparation and presentation of committee-relevant topics at the overall bank level is also part of the task.
- You are a sparring partner for senior management on complex aspects of their leadership role and coordinate critical personnel issues (e.g. escalations, orchestration of legal matters, etc.).
- Finally, you will also perform control tasks as part of the "Second Line of Defense".
Knowledge, Skills And Experience
- You have a university degree or an equivalent qualification.
- You have in-depth experience in HR, ideally in an international environment.
- You have market and industry knowledge to competently advise the business.
- You win over your stakeholders through trusting cooperation, communicate in a way that is appropriate to the addressee and manage with great persuasiveness, even across several hierarchical levels and in an international context.
- They have a high tolerance for ambiguity and a high degree of personal responsibility and self-organization.
- You are self-confident, take the initiative and are proactive in dealing with new situations in a dynamic environment.
- We require you to be fluent in both spoken and written German and English.
