Job Responsibilities
- Professional support for project financing in the field of renewable energies in Germany.
- For new business, assessment of project-specific risks using due diligence reports and complex loan and project contract structures.
- Ongoing and proactive risk management for the existing portfolio, including early identification of negative developments and derivation of risk-mitigating measures.
- Processing and analyzing customer inquiries, especially waivers.
- Careful preparation of ratings and participation in customer meetings as well as loan and project contract negotiations.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Successful studies: business administration, economics, law, engineering or similar.
- Well-founded relevant professional practice and ideally experience in the field of renewable energies and in project financing.
- Economic and business know-how, technical know-how desirable.
- Knowledge of relevant loan products and various loan agreement structures.
- Experienced in dealing with MS Office, especially Excel.
- Fluent written and spoken English is an advantage.
- Analytical strength, communication skills, initiative and a cool head in every situation.
