Junior process manager (m/f/d)

First, you will work intensively on the process management of our bank - starting with the definition of (process) standards, through the modeling of processes to the analysis and identification of optimization potential in terms of efficiency, effectiveness and digitization.
As an active source of inspiration for the further development of our processes and their digitization, you will then ensure continuous improvement of the processes and accompany the optimization and transformation initiatives.
As an internal consultant with an affinity for technology, you and your teammates are also product owners of the tools and technologies used and are responsible for the professional and technical further development of the systems.
You are a competent contact for external service providers and auditors and especially for our employees and managers.
If necessary, you will also independently train them in the methods of process organization and ensuring process awareness.
You assume responsibility for the coordination of the impact analysis in the event of significant changes to operational processes or structures.

The basis is an apprenticeship as a bank clerk and/or a successfully completed bachelor's or master's degree (ideally with a focus on IT business administration or banking business administration).
You have (initial) knowledge of banking processes - preferably in the (corporate customer) lending business.
Strong interest in the topic of process modeling and automation/digitalization and enjoy boldly pushing forward progressive ideas.
Ideally, first points of contact with a BPM process management tool and with digitization/automation technologies.
Knowledge of the regulatory requirements relevant to banking (e.g. MaRisk, BAIT) is useful but not a requirement.
Very good comprehension and organizational skills paired with a high IT affinity.
Strong process thinking and very good communication and moderation skills complete your profile.
