As part of your job, you will support our team in operational HR work.
Your tasks will include the creation of general, personnel -related papers and documents such as employment contracts, transfer letters and references.
You prepare the monthly onboarding of new colleagues and assist them with administrative issues .
You keep templates up to date and support colleagues with the documentation and digitization of HR processes.
In addition, you relieve the team by creating PowerPoint presentations and various project work.

You are a student enrolled in a business-oriented degree, ideally with a focus on human resources management, labor law or psychology.
You are experienced in dealing with the common MS Office programs, Word and Excel in particular are not new territory for you.
You are characterized by good verbal and written expression, both in German and in English.
You convince with a quick comprehension and enjoy thinking your way into new questions.
Your profile is rounded off by an open, communicative, quality-conscious and detailed way of working.
