Job Responsibilities

  • As part of your job, you will support our team in operational HR work.
  • Your tasks will include the creation of general, personnel -related papers and documents such as employment contracts, transfer letters and references.
  • You prepare the monthly onboarding of new colleagues and assist them with administrative issues .
  • You keep templates up to date and support colleagues with the documentation and digitization of HR processes.
  • In addition, you relieve the team by creating PowerPoint presentations and various project work.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • You are a student enrolled in a business-oriented degree, ideally with a focus on human resources management, labor law or psychology.
  • You are experienced in dealing with the common MS Office programs, Word and Excel in particular are not new territory for you.
  • You are characterized by good verbal and written expression, both in German and in English.
  • You convince with a quick comprehension and enjoy thinking your way into new questions.
  • Your profile is rounded off by an open, communicative, quality-conscious and detailed way of working.
