Job Porpuse
- Immobilienvermittlung BW GmbH acts as a real estate agent for BW-Bank in Stuttgart and the neighboring districts of Böblingen, Esslingen, Ludwigsburg, Rems-Murr and Lake Constance.
- It brokers houses, condominiums, building sites and commercial real estate.
Duties and responsibilities
- Expansion of the commercial real estate business.
- Maintenance and further expansion of cooperation with the private, business and corporate customer areas of BW-Bank.
- Expansion of cross-selling approaches with BW Bank.
- Active reaction to the changed market.
- Support and coordination of the cooperation partners.
- Management of brokers like independent entrepreneurs.
- Implementation of regulatory requirements.
- Digitalization.
Knowledge, Skills And Experience
- Successfully completed studies in business administration or comparable qualification.
- Several years of specialist and managerial experience and/or proven managerial aptitude.
- Good knowledge of the real estate market and in the area of brokerage/brokerage law.
- Good knowledge in the field of regulation.
- Very good network in the market.
- Pronounced affinity for digital topics.
- Good English knowledge.
