- We are looking for a committed personality with quality awareness and a willingness to assume responsibility for the position of Editor Newsdesk w:m:d at our Düsseldorf location for the Corporate Communications department.
Job Responsibilities
- We produce content for our digital communication channels as well as for our print media - you fill both with creativity and initiative, fact-based and articulate.
- You know what journalistic due diligence is and enjoy researching technically demanding topics.
- You create contributions of all text types, write them ready for publication and coordinate them.
- You supply all channels of corporate communication and are well versed in creating press releases, specialist articles and interviews, writing board speeches as well as social media posts, etc.
- You accompany the production of videos and podcasts editorially and already think in pictures when writing the scripts.
- With your editorial expertise, you support projects such as theme weeks, events and special publications - often on our current focal points such as sustainability or digitization.
- You oversee the production process of publications and manage the service providers involved.
- You will work in a team with colleagues from the newsdesk, with freelance authors, with those responsible for our digital channels such as social media, website and intranet, and with the marketing experts at NRW.BANK.
Knowledge, Skills And Experience

- You are a professional, well versed in dealing with journalistic texts. You enjoy the variety of digital and analog instruments of corporate communication.

- You have at least 3 years of professional experience in a communications agency, the editorial office of a journalistic business medium and/or in a communications department of a bank, insurance company or similar. with.
- You have completed journalistic training and/or a university degree.
