Job Purpose
- To Coordinate, Monitoring and Report on implementation of CPR Obligations in order to ensure that the bank is compliant with Consumer Protection Regulation.
Job Responsibilities
- Work on CPR Governance Model to include compliance & reporting on all obligations and coordination with all other areas of the bank involved in the process.
- Facilitate / help in Facilitating the CPR workstream meetings by providing timely updates on the CPR implementation, monitoring results and deliverables.
- Liaise with business teams to aligning Consumer Operations, activities and practices with the CPR requirements.
- SPOC for Monitoring Business Compliance to Consumer Protection regulations and requirements.
- Prepare / help in preparing CPR annual report to be provided to the board.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure proper submitting of CPR deliverables to CBUAE and other internal / external parties (i.e. list of Products, Schedule of charges, CEA report, White Book, etc.).
- Coordinate with stakeholders to Prepare and follow up on action plan and remediation to CBUAE thematic reviews / audits, internal audit findings related to CPR.
- Continuous Follow up & Monitoring on the implementation of CPR obligations in related areas (KFS, Marketing Campaigns, communications (SMS, etc.)).
- Maintenance of CPR Policy and related Policies and Procedures when required.
- Participate in the elaboration and maintenance of CPR Training content when required and follow up on training completion.
- Handling queries from stakeholders regarding how to comply with CPR obligations.
- Assist in the implementation and review of POD and VC initiatives.
- Assist in implementation of short and long term educational and awareness activities.
- Ensure all assigned tasks and projects are executed within the approved policies, procedures and SLAs of the department.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Minimum 5-7 years of work experience in the relevant field.
