  • As a senior consultant (f/m/d) in corporate development, you can expect a challenging job with a high degree of personal responsibility.

  • The team is responsible for the overall coordination of all areas, business areas and subsidiaries as well as planning methods (procedural and content-related), taking into account strategic, regulatory and economic requirements.
  • In the alignment and implementation of group planning in relation to all dimensions of the KfW target system (strategic and operational), you will be centrally involved in a wide range of tasks, such as the design of workshops for the entire Executive Board through to the creation of the business strategy for submission to the Supervisory Board.
  • On behalf of the board or department heads, you create analyses, identify potential and present concepts and proposals for action. 
  • You contribute your know-how on strategic, business management or supervisory control issues.
  • You will work on cross-departmental projects for the further development of bank management and business areas.
  • An intensive exchange with contacts in the relevant market and central departments of the KfW Group is very important to you. 
  • They also represent the interests of KfW in dealings with ministries, the banking supervisory authority, associations and international organisations.

Knowledge, Skills And Experience

  • You have an above-average degree in economics or comparable qualifications.
  • From your many years of professional experience in the financial and banking market, you are already familiar with various strategically relevant topics.
  • You use your advanced experience in management consulting with internal and external partners with a high level of persuasiveness and diplomatic skills.
  • Strong strategic analytical skills, the ability to find solutions, as well as conceptual and networked thinking enable you to quickly evaluate complex issues.
  • A clear verbal and written presentation ability as well as a captivating way of presenting - where necessary also business fluent in English - round off your profile.
