- As a team leader (m/f/d) CR receivables management, you will take on the disciplinary and technical leadership of a team in receivables management for the leasing product with written and telephone customer contact.
Job Responsibilities
- Continuous development of employee knowledge and skills, selection and training of new employees.
- Active participation in initiatives and projects within the team, the department and the entire area.
- Continuous review of workflows and processes with the aim of identifying and implementing improvement opportunities in close collaboration with the other managers and specialists in the area.
- Planning and organization of the available resources and processes.
- Processing of the checklists and control lists essential for receivables management and the creation of corresponding reports.
- Operational processing and decisions within the competence framework.
Knowledge, Skills And Experience
- You have completed commercial or legal training or comparable training.
- You already have experience in managing employees.
- You have always been valued for your good understanding of economic and legal contexts and analytical thinking.
- You are characterized by your pronounced social skills, empathy and sense of responsibility as well as your communication skills and a high level of assertiveness.
- You bring a structured way of working with a strong ability to set priorities for yourself and the entire team.
- Independence and initiative as well as routine handling of the PC (including MS Office products) are a matter of course for you.
- Flawless knowledge of spoken and written German and very good knowledge of spoken and written English round off your profile.
