Duties and responsibilities
- Ensure that the sales target are consistently met.
- Awareness about the product offerings by the competitors, propose and implement improvements in the existing process.
- Provide prompt feedback to Relationship Manager on business objectives.
- Ensure that all service standards of the bank are met and maintained.
- Ensure the sales of Insurance product is done with good faith and integrity at all times.
- Ensure necessary actions are taken on all customer requests within TAT.
- Ensure error free applications are submitted with 100% accuracy.
- Liaise with the Bancassurance Coordinators for smooth processing of the application forms.
- Ensure respective tasks are in compliance with Policy Guidelines and Code of Conduct.
- Ensure strict adherence to HR guidelines.
- Ensure productivity levels are maintained at all times during the financial year.
- Ensure strict adherence of SLA’s / TAT’s as per the operating procedure.
- Ensure the individual clawback is restricted below the mandated targets for the financial year.
- Ensure to maximize sale of Bancassurance products with Semi Annual/Annual Mode.
Knowledge, Skills And Experience
- Have at least 3 years’ banking sales experience.
- Ability to identify any cross sell opportunities in other business divisions of the bank to augment sales for Bancassurance products.
- Passionate in Sales and Service.
- Excellent communication, convincing and inter-personal skills.
- Hold good knowledge of banking and insurance products – RAK Bank and Competitive products.
- Ability to identify any cross sell opportunities in other business divisions of the bank to augment sales for Bancassurance products.
- Problem-solving and conflict handling skills.
