The 15-month program starts immediately on the first of the month and prepares you for a responsible job, for example in the area of system design & development, requirements & functional design or another exciting area of responsibility in IT.
You will be incorporated into our development process in agile, scaled teams . Whether cloud services such as Kubernetes, Docker and Terraform or the components of the SAP ERP system, your options are diverse .
While you pass through the IT stations product management, IT control and a station in our application operation in Berlin, you will get to know a wide range of technologies directly.
You will also learn all the essentials about the most important interfaces to IT and also expand your knowledge in a targeted manner through " training on the job " as well as further education and training.
Last but not least, you will have experienced colleagues on the assignment stations and an experienced mentor at your side during your traineeship to support you as you start your career.

A successfully completed degree (bachelor/master/diploma), preferably with a focus on MINT.
Ideally, first practical experience in the IT environment or programming experience, e.g. from internships or study-related activities.
Affinity for software development in the financial sector, digitization trends and agile work - preferably SCRUM - coupled with the desire to design independently .
Enthusiasm for demanding IT topics and the ability to understand different business processes.
An open, communicative personality with a quick grasp and an analytical, solution-oriented way of thinking.
