Duties and responsibilities
- You are responsible for the organization and operational alignment of trend management at LBBW.
- You carry out the aalysis and definition of search fields together with your colleagues in Innovation Scouting.
- You actively research the latest trends, market developments, but also the competition and FinTechs / solution providers, also in cooperation with external initiators and create the appropriate documentation.
- You are responsible for ad hoc inquiries about market developments and providers and work closely with market and FinTech screening.
- You work in cross-functional teams as well as with the specialist and functional areas in order to advance the relevant trend topics throughout the group.
- You sustainably promote the culture of innovation within LBBW by further expanding and implementing suitable communication and event formats for trend management.
- You will proactively develop the network in the direction of FinTechs, the Stuttgart financial center, our customers, consortia or associations.
Knowledge, Skills And Experience
- You have successfully completed a university degree or a comparable qualification.
- You have relevant professional experience (2 years +) in the field of trend management, research, (digital) banking or digital consulting in banking.
- You have an understanding of digital trends and business ideas as well as current innovations and technology trends in the financial environment, also with expert knowledge in a specific subject area.
- You bring affinity and experience in research and the analysis and evaluation of digital trends, competitors and market participants such as FinTechs and their solutions in banking.
- Ideally, you have certified project management know-how (classic or agile).
- You have strong communication skills in internal and external activities.
- You enjoy working in a team, but you can also advance and think ahead with tasks independently.
- You have very good written and spoken German and good English.
