Duties and responsibilities
- You drive security : You are responsible for the design, implementation, operation and further development of cloud security solutions.
- Your ideas are in demand : you analyze topics and bring in your own suggestions for improving security.
- You have the perspective: You check and ensure continuous compliance with the technical compliance of our cloud landing zone and documentation obligations.
- You advise: You go into the solution design with the responsible cloud teams, act in an advisory capacity and train the teams in the independent implementation of security measures.
- You lend a hand: You help to continuously raise the bar for improving security throughout the development lifecycle, in the provision and ongoing operation of applications and the entire cloud infrastructure.
- This also includes cloud-native security practices, CI/CD pipeline security improvements, security monitoring, security assessments, and developing innovative security solutions to automate and scale security.

Knowledge, Skills And Experience
- Your education is of secondary importance to us.
- It is much more important to us that you already have experience in implementing security controls and improvements in cloud-native technologies (e.g. container workloads, CI/CD pipelines, landing zone) in AWS.
- You have experience in software development and common scripting languages and use Terraform for infrastructure as code.
- You have in-depth knowledge of common compliance and audit standards (e.g. SOC 2, NIST, PCIDSS, ISO27001 or BSI basic protection).
- Preferably you have already worked in a regulated company and you are no stranger to BAIT.
- You have very good German and good English skills.
- Your agile mindset and independent way of working characterize you.
