Cash Management Sales Manager, Middle Market Clients
Job Description
- This role has responsibility for cash management sales and solutioning for middle market clients primarily in the retail, trading, distribution, services and manufacturing sectors.
- Middle market clients are defined as those typically generating between AED250mn and AED1bn (approx. USD70-270mn) of sales revenues.
- The role is accountable for delivering new business and portfolio revenue growth and includes responsibility for account planning, prospecting, solutioning, pitching and revenue realization.
- GTB cash management products span account services, deposits, payments, collections, liquidity structures and ancillary services.
- Channels include internet banking, host to host, SWIFT and open APIs. The role also works with the Retail Banking Group (RBG) and the Merchant Services Unit (MSU) to sell merchant card acquiring, POS solutions and commercial cards as part of cash management solutions.
- This role works closely with the central product team in UAE to structure more complex solutions.
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of cash management experience in Sales or Account Management roles.
- Good product knowledge in Collections, Payments and Liquidity Management.
- Working knowledge of cash management practices in Corporates.
- Experience ideally selling or supporting cash management services in multiple corporate business segments.
- Strong communication, relationship management and analytical skills.
- Strong communication ability and executive impact.
