Architect Manager- Service Management
Job Porpuse
- The ServiceNow Architect Manager is responsible for design, development, managing and maintaining of ServiceNow application.
- The resource is also responsible for driving the improvement initiatives of the Services of the bank by leveraging the Continual Service Improvement process and framework.
- The role requires a sound understanding of Integrations, mid server methodologies, Application Architecture, and its associated frameworks as well as the ability to communicate effectively and document Technical Requirements/ Process Documentation.

- Lead, design and implement applications and system components, tools and utilities, models, simulation, and analytics to manage complex business functions using sophisticated technologies.
- Lead team to ensure compliance and risk management requirements for supported area are met and work with other stakeholders to implement key risk initiatives
- Lead configuration and customization including, but not limited to: user interface, workflow administration, reports, data imports, integration, custom scripting and third-party software integrations by applying best practices.
- Should have strong experience and knowledge in working on modules like Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Service Portfolio Management, Service Portal, CMDB and Discovery.
- Review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing configuration and workflows to develop strategies for improving or further integrations leveraging ServiceNow.
- Identify ServiceNow system deficiencies and recommend solutions
- Participate in creating and developing standards, best practices, support guidelines and procedures
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of Angular, JavaScript, REST, XML, HTML and CSS is required
- Working knowledge on Linux Based Platforms to manage the self-hosted Instance is a plus
- Experience on Instance Upgrades is a must.
- ITIL Certified
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
- ServiceNow Certified – ITSM
- ServiceNow Certified - Discovery
- Technical knowledge on ITSM & ITOM modules within ServiceNow.
- Integration Skills
- JIRA/Confluence – Story Writing/Technical Writing/ Process Documentation
- Independent, Self-Driven and able to bring ideas to the table
- Ability to make decisions and drive changes.
- Ability to mange Vendor driven Managed Services team
- Excellent Communication skills and able to communicate with Senior stakeholders as well as with the technical teams.
