Chapter Lead / Business Functional Analyst Manager (Private Bank Germany / New Banking): Mobile Banking (m/w/d)

In your role as business and functional manager, with the support of the product owner, you independently evaluate and define requirements in cooperation with the business areas and on the basis of customer feedback.
From the requirements, you independently develop technical specifications in the form of user stories and product documentation.
You ensure that the user stories meet the DoR (Definition of Ready) criteria, discuss them in the product backlog refinement with the squad for a final estimate so that the product owner can prioritize them for development.
You will work closely with the department, the control functions, the product owner, UX designers, solution architects, customers, testers and developers.
This ensures that the user stories meet business requirements, offer added value for the customer and are technically feasible.
You support the testers in creating test scenarios and test cases in the form of acceptance criteria and are also responsible for providing test data. In certain cases you also carry out tests yourself.

You have a university degree in computer science, business informatics, economics, etc. or comparable professional training (e.g. IT specialist) and have several years of experience in business analysis.
Thanks to your strong analytical thinking skills, you can understand and structure complex problems and connections and develop possible solutions from them.
Your clear and goal-oriented communication skills will help you across all levels of the organization in both English and German.
You have knowledge of tools and methods for creating functional specifications and process modelling
You have a passion for agile software development and are familiar with relevant tools such as Jira and Confluence.
You have a "can-do" mentality, are open-minded and communicative, customer-centric and interested in new technologies, especially mobile apps.
Knowledge of retail banking and knowledge of programming languages, databases, UML is an advantage.
