PMO / Business Manager Specialist (f/m/x)

Job Porpuse

  • The ORDS team in Germany has an instrumental role in delivering large data change projects in the organisation especially related client, regulatory and tax data. 
  • The focus of the role will be to consolidate a large number of change projects assuring the optimal quality and governance by the implementation, monitoring and improvement of the relevant program and project framework, standards and best practices. 
  • Important are effective communication skills with all different stakeholders in Germany and around the globe. 
  • For this role you will require excellent data knowledge and experience as well as analytical and project management skills.

Job Description

  • Strategic planning and alignment of the ORDS Data change projects.
  • Enable the delivery of the portfolio of ORDS projects by implementing a program structure, applying program and reporting standards and support the project managers.
  • Closely cooperate with the IT teams to manage the book of work of the change projects.
  • Build out and implement a control framework to identify and manage operation risk in close cooperation with the control functions.
  • Resource management and capacity planning for the change projects, including facility management.
  • Responsible for communication around the projects in the portfolio, including program updates, and stakeholder meetings.

Job Requirements

  • Strong project management skills with a proven track record in running data change and automation projects.
  • Experience in Data Management, Data Analytics, Business Analysis and Financial Services.
  • Good knowledge of client reference data, KYC and onboarding processes.
  • Strong and well-developed relationship / stakeholder management skills with strong communication skills on different seniority level in English and German.
  • Strong knowledge of business analysis methods and tools.
  • Convincing analytical and problem solving experience and skill to deal with a complex and ever changing environment; high motivation to fix issues.
  • Open minded, able to share information, knowledge and expertise with peers & team members.
