Duties and responsibilities

  • You will become active within our “Individual financing companies” department. 
  • You will be responsible for structured corporate and project financing with a focus on digitization and innovation (including broadband expansion), climate and the environment, sustainable transformation of the German economy and any special programs and financing on behalf of the federal government.
  • You will be responsible for establishing, expanding and maintaining existing customer relationships and networks with financing partners.
  • In this context, you control the entire deal process - from the initiation and structuring with the consortium leader to the negotiation of term sheets and the due diligence evaluation to the preparation of the market opinion and independent contract negotiations including conclusion .
  • You then bring your know-how to bear in a targeted manner in terms of contract management.
  • In addition, the ongoing observation of the market and customer environment is also part of your activities.

Knowledge, Skills And Experience

  • You have a university degree or an adequate qualification and many years of experience in the structured lending business or a comparable activity.
  • You are very well networked in the relevant markets .
  • In addition to business-fluent English skills, you are characterized by an analytical way of thinking , a confident demeanor and strong communication skills.
  • You are good at prioritizing, act responsibly and result-oriented and are able to structure complex issues efficiently .
  • You also like agile project work , have team spirit and are open to ad hoc tasks.
