Job Description

  • Proactive development and evaluation of business requirements in cooperation with different business areas.
  • Design and development of new functions in Java, NodeJs or Kotlin.
  • Collaboration with Business and BAs on functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Design and setup of test automation approaches and improvement of existing processes/approaches together with the QA team.
  • Investigating and resolving production disruptions, improving stability and monitoring.
  • Designing and implementing subsystems and cross-system protocols, contributing to the longer-term vision of the platform architecture.

Job Requirements

  • Solid professional experience and excellent knowledge of Java or NodeJs - and Kotlin as "nice to have" and with at least one cloud platform provider, preferably Google Cloud Platform.
  • Proven skills in developing high-load distributed systems and fault-tolerant applications.
  • Excellent knowledge of algorithms, complexity and data structures.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases, good knowledge of Linux and Docker and knowledge of the design and implementation of high availability solutions / microservices.
  • Experience with SDLC tools - Git, JIRA, Artifactory, Github.
